Irish Gaming Legislation Change - Delayed Further

Wed, Aug 25 2010: Irish arcades, casinos, bookmakers and online operators are going to have to wait for a while yet before any legislation changes are forthcoming. Coin Op News has learned that the long awaited legislation change for the Irish gaming & betting industry is not a priority for the Irish government. The economic climate is being touted as the primary reason for the delay with government initiatives focussing on increasing government revenues and ensuring our 'regulated' banking system does not drive the entire country to financial ruin.
